We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Vistana Villages, providing a spacious villa that was perfect for our family of five. The customer service was exceptional, especially from the front desk team, and we appreciated the helpfulness of housekeeping. The pool facilities were fantastic, offering a fun and clean environment for the kids. On the downside, we experienced some issues with maintenance access and housekeeping during our visit, which took away from an otherwise great experience.
